Warmth, redness, swelling or discomfort can occur. Our aesthetician will discuss expected reactions and any activity restrictions for your treatment.

How does RF skin tightening work?

The selected applicator delivers radiofrequency energy that warms the treatment area. Auralia’s (MP)² approach combines Multi-Polar RF with Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields to support the appearance of skin firmness and wrinkles over time.

What does RF skin tightening feel like?

The applicator moves across the skin and the area gradually feels warmer. Some clients compare the warmth to a warm massage, but discomfort is possible. Tell our aesthetician immediately if the heat or sensation becomes uncomfortable.

Why might RF treatments be scheduled as a series?

The approach is cumulative, so a course of appointments may be recommended. Weekly visits are commonly described in the manufacturer material, but the number and timing depend on your treatment area, assessment and response. One visit is not a guarantee of the final result.

Can I return to my routine after RF skin tightening?

Many clients resume ordinary activities soon afterward. Temporary warmth, redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising can occur. Our aesthetician will discuss any restrictions and what to watch for; this is not a promise of no visible reaction or no recovery time.

Can I wash my face or take a hot shower after RF?

The manual recommends avoiding hot water on the night after DiamondPolar treatment. Use the gentle cleansing and moisturizer our aesthetician recommends, and ask when hot showers, heat-based activities or your usual skincare can resume.

Is under-chin RF the same as fat-dissolving injections?

No. Auralia’s under-chin RF skin-tightening service focuses on the appearance of skin firmness. It does not involve fat-dissolving medication, and should not be booked on the assumption that it removes chin fat. Discuss the concern you want to address during consultation.
